An unexpected collaboration between Sia, Zoe Saldana, and Julianne Moore has graced the internet — and all for a good cause. The trio of amazingly talented women converges for a video for the Aussie singer's song "Free Me," which will see all of its proceeds going directly to HIV/AIDS research.

Saldana stars in the five-minute clip as an expecting mother who unexpectedly discovers she has HIV. Moore, for her part, narrates the video, telling us that Saldana's character is "about to learn that HIV is taking hold in her body, attacking her immune system, and — if left untreated — will be passed on to the unborn baby growing inside her," per Moore's narration.

That's when Sia's heartfelt ballad "Free Me" kicks in, with Saldana going on to deliver what should be considered an Oscar-winning performance. The interpretive dance choreography, done by Ryan Heffington, sees Saldana's character channeling a spectrum of emotions.

Sia's lyrics cut straight to the feels: "Free me / Free me / From this pain I've been running from / I'm tired and I'm free falling / Free me / Free me / From this shame I've been running from / I'm lost and I am calling you." Especially when coupled with the dancing, it's hard to not get goosebumps from the track — available for purchase beginning 12 a.m. ET on June 9.

The video ends with the harsh truth: "HIV/AIDS is the No. 1 killer of women of reproductive age worldwide." That's why this project will support #endHIV — in collaboration with the Abzyme Research Foundation — to help advance a new HIV/AIDS cure to clinical trials.
