He switched up the lyrics and made them

From a Kygo and Ellie Goulding performance of "Sign of the Times," to three singers teaming up to take on an extremely emotional version of "Sweet Creature," Harry Styles has inspired quite a few stunning covers from fellow artists. And he's certainly performed many covers of his own — including Little Big Town's "Girl Crush," Ariana Grande's "Just a Little Bit of Your Heart," and both Fleetwood Mac's "The Chain" and "Landslide," the latter of which he performed alongside Stevie Nicks

Of course, a visit to BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge meant putting his own spin on another song. This time around, he performed DJ Khaled's "Wild Thoughts." The original track, which features both Rihanna and Bryson Tiller, debuted at No. 4 on the US Billboard Hot 100 this past summer.

The choice was an unexpected one to hear from Styles, but we were pleasantly surprised to see what he did with it. He transformed the hip-hop track into a sultry, emotional rendition that we could listen to over and over.

Styles omitted Tiller's verse and changed up the lyrics throughout the song, including ditching Rihanna's "nakey nakey nakey" line and adding in the line, "Hope you know this cookie's baking." Honestly, it really worked.
