Harry Styles' 'Kiwi' Music Video Is A Delicious, Fashionable, Kid-Filled Food Fight

Did we mention there are puppies, too?

Any music video that begins with a note that "no children or animals were harmed during the making of this film" has to be pretty epic, right? Well, Harry Styles' clip for "Kiwi" explains that up front before featuring kids — and puppies — getting into the most delicious and fashionable food fight we've ever seen.

The three-minute Us-directed clip has nothing to do with kiwis — not really a surprise given the fact that the song title isn't in the lyrics at all — and instead focuses on a group of children, dressed to the nines, in a school gym tossing baked goods at each other. The lead character, a young girl played by Rogue One: A Star Wars Story's Beau Gadsdon, wears an elaborate floral suit — the same as the former boy bander — to the brawl armed with homemade cupcakes.

When it comes time for Styles to enter the fold — which is reminiscent of the war film Dunkirk from earlier this year, just with sweets — he brings along a brood of puppies. The dogs, eager to eat up the yummy desserts, make this an adorable piece of art worthy of multiple views. After the sugar settles and the confectionary war is over, Styles and the kids are ready for a messy photo finish. Styles, standing in the center, smirks to the camera right before it goes black.

This is the third single from Styles' self-titled album, with "Sign of the Times" coming first and "Two Ghosts" coming second. The album itself debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart in the U.S. and, with this music video as all the evidence you need, Styles is having tons of fun as a solo act.
