Fifth Harmony Channels 'Mad Max' With New Video For 'That's My Girl'

The post-breakup empowerment anthem couldn't look any better than this.

All-female group Fifth Harmony just released the video for "That's My Girl," the first track on 7/27their new album, and it gives a scorchingly hot background for the post-breakup anthem that aims to pick up and dust off even the most worn-down woman.

The video for "That's My Girl," which premiered today, takes place in a dusty desert wasteland, not unlike the one so prominently featured in Mad Max: Fury Road, and features the same tight choreography as seen in its predecessors — "All In My Head (Flex)" featuring Fetty Wap, and the incredibly sexy hit "Work from Home" featuring Ty Dolla $ign, which at the time of this writing, has nearly 1 billion views on YouTube. It comes just days after singer Camila Cabello's powerful essay reflecting on growing up as an immigrant in the United States.

The lyrics are a testament to tenacity and resilience — the cornerstone to getting over any breakup. We'll leave you with these words of wisdom from Fifth Harmony:

You've been down before
You've been hurt before
You got up before
You'll be good to go, good to go
Destiny said it, you got to get up and get it
Get mad independent and don't you ever forget it.
