This week marked the semifinals of America's Got Talent season 13, and Courtney Hadwin once again proved why she's a frontrunner. The 14-year-old, who earned the Golden Buzzer in her audition, brought down the house with a cover of Steppenwolf's "Born to Be Wild" that totally lived up to its name.

From her rock 'n' roll scream to her energetic dance moves, Hadwin totally owned the stage. Whether you're a fan of her style or not, there's really no denying the young singer has an amazing stage presence

According to People, the judges seemed to agree. Howie Mandel (who hit the Golden Buzzer for Hadwin and compared her to Janis Joplin) told her, "My prediction is you're going to be the winner." Simon Cowell, meanwhile, pointed out the contrast between her shy behind-the-scenes personality and her confident onstage performance.

"You're a bundle of excitement and it's raw and messy. I saw you at the beginning of the show, shaking like a leaf and then you come out on stage and turn into a maniac," he said. "That's why I absolutely love you."

Hadwin herself, meanwhile, is amazed by the support so many viewers have given her. "I can't believe I've gotten this far, I just can't believe it," she said. We can!
