Apparently, Weightlifting Can Do Incredible Things To Your Brain

It's time to get that gym membership.

With just 20 minutes of weight-lifting, you can improve your memory.

Lifting weights will increase episodic memory by about 10 percent in healthy young adults, according to a new study done by the Georgia Institute of Techology

That news is both great for the jocks and for anyone out there that needs some extra motivation to get that gym membership. 

"Something that is nice about this resistance task is that it is very accesible to people with different abilities," Lisa Weinberg, a psychology grad student says in the video above.
