Nothing can stop him from singing.

Will Hunt loves to sing, and he's not going to let surgery stop him.

The 16-year-old, from Chattanooga, Tenn., was diagnosed with a heart condition called cardiomyopathy. He is in the hospital with heart failure and requires two surgeries, including a heart transplant. Will's father accompanied him on the guitar while his brother Mac recorded it. The video has received thousands of retweets from Mac's Twitter account.

Will sings in the men's choir at his school and has performed in several talent shows. His best friend Cameron Stewart told WRCB-TV, "Whatever condition he was in I knew that was one thing he would do, is sing."

Will's cousin Wyatt McVay went on to praise the teen's positive attitude, telling the station, "He's in good spirits, not sad. Always happy and laughing."
