Stephen Curry Jams Out To ‘Moana’ And ‘Frozen’ On Carpool Karaoke With James Corden

This episode is a slam dunk.

We already knew Stephen Curry was a beast on the basketball court — he is one of the best shooters in the NBA, after all — but we had no idea that his list of skills included singing Disney songs like a boss.

This beautiful fact about the 29-year-old Golden State Warriors point guard was unearthed in the latest installment of Carpool Karaoke with The Late Late Show host James Corden.

In the 10-minute episode, the duo greets each other with an intricate handshake before heading off for Corden to teach Curry some important life lessons. They go play miniature golf and, when Corden ultimately loses to Curry, the talk show host tries to best the two-time MVP at air hockey, rock paper scissors, and even just guessing a random number.

After leaving all of the competition behind, the two find themselves in the car once more and Curry asks Corden if they can do Carpool Karaoke, because that's what he's "been dreaming about." Corden responds by saying he only does that with singers, but Curry is ready and willing to prove that he's got some pipes, too.

Corden then asks the Curry what songs he likes to sing in the car with the answer being "everything a four-and-a-half-year-old" listens to. The result? "A lot of Disney," the pro athlete explains.

Corden turns on the music and first up is the Oscar-nominated "How Far I'll Go" from Moana, which the two rock even with a mouthguard. Then comes the pièce de résistance: "Love Is an Open Door" from the Oscar-winning Frozen. Not only does Curry know this song, but he knows it enough to perfectly duet it with him assuming the part of Prince Hans to Corden's Anna.

The result really is — for lack of a better word — a magical moment.
