Try Not To Giggle Watching Your Favorite 'Star Wars' Characters Sing This Smash Mouth Hit

All that glitters is gold.

Star Wars isn't exactly known for being musical — except for the iconic score by John Williams, of course — but turns out there was a tune lurking beneath the surface all along. For this year's May the Fourth celebration, Jimmy Fallon brought Smash Mouth's "All Star" to life in a new way.

All your favorite characters make an appearance in this video — from aliens and droids to Jedi and Sith — from The Tonight Show. Their words have been seamlessly strung together to give us about a minute's worth of this jam that took radio waves by storm way back in 1999.

We get to see everyone from the Star Wars universe in this mashup, from the original trilogy, the prequel trilogy, and the most recent films — both The Force Awakens and Rogue One. The gang's all there and it's pretty hilarious to watch the quick cuts of them singing this classic.

After spending all these years trying to get Smash Mouth's "All Star" out of our heads, it's right back in there after seeing this clip — yet somehow we're kind of OK with it. Good luck trying to not hum this super-catchy and mega-nostalgic song for the next decade, you guys.
