Pharrell's Ferocious New Music Video Makes Him The Ambassador For Freedom

He's right back at it.

Pharrell's newest track "Freedom" was the first major coup for Apple Music, debuting exclusively on the new streaming service. Less than a month later, the ageless star has released a music video to accompany the song, packing in powerful imagery along all points of the spectrum from oppression to redemption. In less than three minutes, he pulls in historical references to slavery, sweatshops, protests and much, much more.
