The Obamas Answer Kids' Questions Regarding White House Parties, Advice For The Future, And More

"You don't have to be president to help people."

As the Obamas prepare to leave the White House, the president and first lady have delivered their final speeches, awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, surprised unsuspecting supporters on television, and more.

Now, in a video for Entertainment Weekly, Barack and Michelle Obama answer the important questions from today's youth, including one girl who's looking for a party.

"Are you going to have a big party before you leave office?" Seble asks via video. "If so, could I come?"

"Seble, we are gonna have a big party before we leave office, but I'll be honest with you, it's gonna be after your bedtime," President Obama replies.

And when one 5-year-old asks for advice geared towards young girls who want to be President of the United States, the president responded: "I think that the most important thing is for you to work hard, and to study in school, and to care about people, and start helping them now. You don't have to be president to help people."
