Jimmy Kimmel Got A Wild Wake-Up Call From Miley Cyrus And Her Wrecking Ball

"How many times is this gonna happen?"

It happened again. Jimmy Kimmel got a wake-up call from another pop star in the middle of the night — and this time it was Miley Cyrus with a recreation of her 2013 "Wrecking Ball" video. Once again, the talk-show host had his wife and co-head writer Molly McNearney to thank for planning the prank.

In case you missed it, back in 2015, Rihanna woke Kimmel up with a performance of her song "Bitch Better Have My Money" as an April Fool's Joke. Then the next year, it was Britney Spears who showed up in his bedroom in the dead of night, with a few backup dancers in tow.

"How many times is this gonna happen?" Kimmel wondered as Cyrus burst into the room wearing a hard hat and wielding a sledgehammer. She was accompanied by a few guys in construction vests, and one dressed as an actual wrecking ball.

"You can keep all the rubble," Cyrus told the host when it was all over, after handing him the sledgehammer to keep as well. We're ready to start placing bets on who the next pop star will be who disturbs Kimmel's sleep. Considering how much he loves to prank people himself, we'd say it's more than fair.
