Miley Questions Why People Are So Offended By The Nipple And Rocks This Outfit To Prove It

You go girl.

On Wednesday night, Miley Cyrus showed up to "Jimmy Kimmel Live" in an insanely cool outfit featuring heart-shaped nipple covers and rocked. it. out. on live television.

Of course, her lack of clothing became the center of conversation, but Cyrus maintained her beliefs that being naked and open is simply the way she prefers to be, all while questioning why people are so afraid of the nipple at all.

"People don't seem to be offended by the human breast, it's the nipple that's the issue. I'm showing my boobs and no one has a problem because the nipples are covered so somehow that's okay."

And she's right. Campaigns to #FreeTheNipple have taken over the Internet and caused quite the stir in public vicinities. Model Chrissy Teigen teased Instagram with nip slips while others directly questioned why a man's nipple is free for the Internet while a woman's is censored.

This week, The Huffington Post reported "13 Beautiful Images That Aim To 'Liberate All Nipples'," a campaign by Wear Your Voice Magazine that "features people of color showing off their beautiful curves (and nipples) to prove their bodies will not be censored and illustrate that they won't be left out of the Free The Nipple Movement."

And this isn't Cyrus' first revealing rodeo either.

"Americans are actually fine with tits, it's the nipples they don't like. Which is what you have. Which is insane because the nipple that you can't show is what everyone has, but the jug part that everyone doesn't, you're allowed to show underboob," Cyrus told Kimmel.

And at one point, Kimmel had to ask, as a father, how Cyrus' famous dad feels about her image, to which she gave an honest answer...

"My dad is cool because you know, I'm sure he maybe rather me not have my tits out all the time, but he'd rather me have my tits out and be a good person, than have a shirt on and be a bitch."

Nailed it.
