Michelle Obama's #GimmeFive Workout Routine Is Great — VIDEO

She does kickboxing, too!

Since President Barack Obama took office, FLOTUS has made it a point to champion healthy eating and exercise. Now, the First Lady showed us that the latter might not be as difficult as we previously assumed it to be. In a new #GimmeFive video, Michelle Obama goes through her workout routine that, in all honesty, could put many of us to shame. 

It's the First Lady as we've never seen her: she wears a sports tank top and stretch pants, her hair slicked back in a sweat band as she lifts 35-pound weights, jumps rope and does kickboxing alongside her trainer Cornell McClellan.

The video was a response to the president's challenge last week in his own #GimmeFive video congratulating Michelle for the five-year anniversary of the Let's Move! campaign aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles. In his video, the president jogs around the White House with Vice President Joe Biden, takes the staircase up to Air Force One and reminds us that fruits and vegetables (particularly guacamole) are healthy for you. 

Though Michelle's workout seems way more intense than Barack's, Beyoncé, who posted her own workout routine on Instagram back in February as a #GimmeFive participant, could probably give her a run for her money.
