The Cries Of Babies Are Turned Into A Beautiful 'Lullacry,' Celebrating A Happier Tomorrow

"Every cry is music to our ears."

A baby's cry can be upsetting or stressful to a parent because it may be a sign something is wrong. March of Dimes, a foundation working to prevent premature births and health issues that threaten babies, wants us to rethink that cry by viewing it as something positive.

They are taking babies' cries and turning them into a "lullacry."

The "crying lullaby" is part of March of Dimes' Give The Tomorrow 2017 campaign, and in their video, they write, "Every cry is music to our ears. Help give every mom and baby a brighter, healthier tomorrow."

The campaign encourages people to join the movement by helping give newborns bright futures through donations and spreading the message on social media. It was launched in tandem with March of Dimes' new gifting program, which will see more than 6,300 gift packages sent to new moms in hospitals across the United States.

"The March of Dimes is committed to supporting babies and mothers in all stages of pregnancy and motherhood, and we are excited to celebrate those who are starting their exciting journey through our Give Them Tomorrow campaign, " said president of March of Dimes, Stacey D. Stewart, in a press release. The support of individuals and corporate partners who care about our mission allows us to continue to provide lifesaving research, education, vaccines, and programs that provide healthier tomorrows for all moms and babies."
