Kristen Bell's Wise Insight Might Help You Deal With The Latest Celebrity Breakup

"That may be a better path for both of them."

It's understandable to feel sad when your favorite celebrity couples break up, but Kristen Bell recently offered some insight that might make you reconsider how you think about the latest big split.

The actress spoke with E! News about Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan's recently announced separation, sharing that she and husband Dax Shepard feel "a lot of pressure" not to break up, but adding that it might not be the worst thing if a beloved celebrity pair calls it quits. In fact, it might be the "healthiest" option for everyone.

"I know people need to look up to other relationships," Bell acknowledged. "But I also think we're not looking at the whole picture when we sort of idolize the relationship. Like those two, that may be a better path for both of them and they're both lovely people and they're still friends and that's OK ... It doesn't have to be a heartbreak."

She also shared the it could be "the best example" for a couple's children to see their parents move on from a relationship. As for her and Shepard, however, Bell shared, "I highly doubt we will ever break up, because we're in too deep and I like him too much. Even when he's annoying, I really like him."

It's not the first time Bell has shared relationship wisdom. For Valentine's Day this year, she posted her advice for married couples, including the reminder to "stay vulnerable with each other" and "rejoice in what makes the other person happy."
