Kim Kardashian And Emily Ratajkowski Are Taking Over The Web With Their Empowering Defense Of Female Sexuality

"We are more than just our bodies, but that doesn't mean we have to be shamed for them."

Kim Kardashian just broke the internet again. And this time, she had help.

Today, in unison, Kardashian and model Emily Ratajkowski posted a censored photo of themselves taking a topless selfie on their respective social media channels. But what really has people talking is the powerful message Ratajkowski paired with the photo: "However sexual our bodies may be, we need to hve the freedom as women to choose whn & how we express our sexuality."

Ratajkowski followed up the photo with more empowering, sex positive tweets.

When Kardashian's previous nude selfie went viral earlier in March, the mom, model and entrepreneur took to Instagram to defend the photo.

"I am empowered by my body. I am empowered by my sexuality. I am empowered by feeling comfortable in my own skin. I am empowered by showing the world my flaws and not being afraid of what anyone is going to say about me," she wrote.

Ratajkowski recently penned an essay for Lenny Letter about her struggles growing up and what sexuality means to her.

"I refuse to live in this world of shame and silent apologies," she said. "Life cannot be dictated by the perceptions of others, and I wish the world had made it clear to me that people's reactions to my sexuality were not my problems, they were theirs."
