He Looks EXACTLY Like Abraham Lincoln. The Reason? Trust Us, You Won't Believe It.

Minds. Blown.

Kazuhiro Tsuji of Kyoto, Japan has been interested in sculpture and portraiture since he was a boy. As he matured, however, his interest turned to movie special effects and makeup, and he hoped to one day become an effects artist himself.

But it wasn't until he met Hollywood makeup effects legend Dick Smith that his dreams began to turn into reality. According to Tsuji's Facebook page, Smith helped him arrive on the scene by inviting him to work on the Japanese film "Sweet Home."

In 1996, Tsuji got the opportunity to work with another Hollywood special effects master, Rick Baker, on "Men In Black."

Tsuji and Rick Baker formed a decade-long professional relationship that helped Tsuji later get work on films like "The Ring," "Planet of the Apes," "Hellboy," "Norbit," "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" and "Looper."

Most recently, Tsuji has taken his work directly to the public in exhibition.

Last spring, he exhibited "ANDY," his stunning display of hyperrealistic sculptures depicting Pop art icon and painter Andy Warhol, at the SCOPE Art Fair in New York.

He also contributed a larger-than-life sculpture of Abraham Lincoln to an exhibit at California's Reagan Library.

The exhibit, held in 2013 also displayed a copy of The Emancipation Proclamation signed by Lincoln.

Notice the attention to detail: Honest Abe even has hair in his ear.

Freckles, pores, lines, wrinkles... It's incredible.

This wild sculpture of Surrealist artist Salvador Dalí was exhibited at SCOPE Miami.

This gives you some idea of the scale of the Dalí piece.

As the work progresses, it becomes more and more lifelike.

Note the hair in Dalí's nostrils.

The two artists found themselves together recently at the L.A. Art Show.
