'Solo' Actor Alden Ehrenreich Got A Perfect Surprise From Harrison Ford During An Interview

"Get out of my chair! Get out of my life!"

If you've been dying to see Harrison Ford hang out with the new Han Solo, Alden Ehrenreich, your wish came true during a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight. Ehrenreich, who plays the iconic character in the upcoming movie Solo: A Star Wars Story, was talking about Ford's advice for him when the actor himself crashed the interview.

"The best takeaway was just kind of getting his blessing on the movie, and his vote of confidence," Ehrenreich said of the opportunity to meet with Ford while preparing for the role, adding that actor told him, "If anyone asks, tell them I told you everything you need to know, and that you're not allowed to say a word."

That's when Ford walked into the room with Solo director Ron Howard. "You're shitting me," Ehrenreich said when he saw him, while Ford jokingly demanded, "Get out of my chair! Get out of my life!"

The veteran actor also heaped praise on Ehrenreich for his performance in the new film, out May 25. "I just thought he was spectacular. I thought he was so smart about what he did and how he did it," Ford said. "I just couldn't be happier." Ehrenreich said hearing that was "pretty unbelievable."
