With 2016 in full swing, you've probably heard a ton of New Year's resolutions centered around shedding those unwanted pounds.

Happify, a website and app that creates science-based activities for a happier, healthier life, has released an infographic with important information regarding how food affects our mood. The infographic also shows how to maintain a steady blood sugar, healthy (and fun!) ways to lose weight, and how to eat mindfully.
