Baby Born In Chick-Fil-A Bathroom Offered Free Meals For Life And A Job At 14

Surprise Little Nugget.

Everyone has their favorite restaurant or chain, and for one expecting mother, named Falon Griffin, that restaurant is Chick-fil-A. According to KSAT-TV, Griffin even bought a "Little Nugget" Chick-fil-A onesie three months ago while she was pregnant.

Little did she know how appropriate that onesie would be — the mom unexpectedly gave birth in a Chick-fil-A bathroom.

The San Antonio, Texas mom started getting contractions in the evening.  She and her husband, Robert, dropped their two daughters off with a family friend. Griffin and her husband then stopped off at a nearby Chick-fil-A to use the washroom before proceeding to the hospital.

The restaurant was closed, but the staff let her in.

Griffin went into labor while in the bathroom.

"I'm about to dial 911, I open the door and she's just screaming," Brenda Enriquez, Chick-fil-A store director, told KSAT.

With the help of her husband, Robert, Griffin delivered baby Gracelyn Griffin at 10:30 p.m. on July 17.

It was a stressful time for the parents because Griffin was considered a high risk pregnancy and Gracelyn had the cord wrapped around her neck. Thankfully, her husband was able to remove it and the baby was OK before first responders arrived on the scene.

The baby and mom are reported to be in the hospital and are doing well.

And there's another part of the happy ending to the story. Chick-fil-A is offering Gracelyn free food for life and a guaranteed job at 14 years old. Popsugar reports that she's even going to get a Chick-fil-A-themed first birthday.
