Disney Parks Are Selling 'Mickey Mouse Rainbow Love' Ears Ahead Of Pride Month

"Finally got our ears."

Walking around Walt Disney World and Disneyland, you may notice people dressed up as their favorite Disney characters or rocking Mickey and Minnie Mouse ears. But earlier this month, Disney started selling a new line of rainbow ears at both Walt Disney World in Florida, and Disneyland in California.

The "Mickey Mouse Rainbow Love" ears, which came out ahead of Pride Month in June, feature a red base with two Mickey hands forming a heart.

"We offer a wide range of merchandise items that appeal to guests of diverse backgrounds," a Disney spokesperson told HuffPost.

"Now, this is cute! Pride ears from Disney! Awesome!" one person wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of the ears.

"Finally got our ears."

Since 1991, the  LGBTQ+ community have gathered at the park for unofficial "Gay Days," "a tradition that always happens on the first Saturday in June when the LGBTQ+ community and friends are encouraged to 'Wear Red and Be Seen' ... while visiting the world's most popular theme parks." Though the days are not officially endorsed or sponsored by Disney, the parks have been a welcoming venue for the day.

We hope that this latest move by Disney further promotes inclusivity within the park and beyond, and we love seeing people share their excitement on social media. Check out more people showcasing their rainbow hats below:
