When It Comes To Dressing Up, These 9 Celebrity Dad Costumes Reign Supreme

From Winnie the Pooh to Pikachu and more.

Who doesn't love celebrity dad costumes? Nobody, that's who.

We all enjoy seeing our favorite male celebrities in character for their latest project, but seeing them get all dressed up with their significant other or — even better — for their kids just takes it to a whole other level.

It doesn't matter if they are actors, athletes, singers, or any combination of the three, sometimes these pop culture-beloved papas like to let loose and have some fun as someone other than themselves. And, while Halloween is the default holiday for dressing up in costume, some of these guys don't need a special day to apply some makeup or put on a crazy outfit or wig.

Let's take a look at some of our favorite celebrity dad costumes from recent memory:

Tom Brady

Tom Brady may have won five Super Bowls as quarterback for the New England Patriots, but we think one of his biggest accomplishments is pulling off this avocado toast costume with wife and supermodel Gisele Bündchen. Brady is dad to John Edward Thomas Moynahan (with ex Bridget Moynahan) as well as Benjamin Rein and Vivian Lake with Bündchen.

Chance the Rapper

Chance the Rapper went from Soundcloud artist to Grammy winner almost overnight, but all eyez were on him last Halloween when he dressed as Tupac. This moment of one legend honoring another was just too perfect and the look is on point. The rapper — whose real name is Chancelor Johnathan Bennett — is father to Kensli Bennett, who he parents with girlfriend Kirsten Corley.

Stephen Curry

Not all celebrity dads stick to kid-friendly costumes. Case in point: Stephen Curry, who, this past Halloween, decided to freak us all out by dressing up as Jigsaw from the Saw movie franchise. People really seemed to get a kick out of it. We're not sure how Riley and Ryan — the two daughters he has with wife Ayesha Curry — would like it, though. Maybe when they're older.

Neil Patrick Harris

If we were handing out awards, Neil Patrick Harris and husband David Burtka would be the kings of Halloween. They — along with their kids Harper Grace and Gideon Scott — kill it each and every year. They've done Star Wars, Batman, Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland, and so many others. Last year, though, they did American Horror Story and it was truly epic.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson

You've never known pure joy until you've seen Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson don a Pikachu costume. That's a fact. The Rock, who has a teen daughter named Simone Alexandra and a toddler daughter name Jasmine, dressed up as everyone's favorite Pokémon for Halloween 2016 and dances along to "Juju on That Beat." The best part? For Easter last year, he gave us a sequel.

John Legend

When he isn't serenading us with a song, John Legend knows how to impress costume-wise. He wore a mustache and suit as Groucho Marx — while wife Chrissy Teigen rocked a big headpiece and gave us Carmen Miranda — all inspired by the 1947 movie Copacabana. Baby Luna, the couple's only child (for now), is one lucky babe to have such impressive parents.

Channing Tatum

Not all celebrity dads hit it out of the ballpark with their costumes. That's where Channing Tatum comes in, giving us a super-chill version of Winnie the Pooh. He wore it to the where his daughter Everly — his child with Jenna Dewan — went in 2015 and kinda scared the children. Funny thing is, he had to clarify that it was the storybook character and forgot his honeypot.

Justin Timberlake

Justin Timberlake is taking us "to infinity … and beyond" with this look. He served us up some Toy Story realness along with wife Jessica Biel (who is dressed as Jessie) and son Silas Randall (who is dressed as Woody) last Halloween. This oh-so-adorable trio look Pixar-perfect here and are basically making all of our childhood dreams come true. What a cool dad.

Chris Tyrrell

Chris Tyrrell, Lady Antebellum's drummer, is taking some time off to be a stay-at-home dad for toddler Eisele Kaye, and newborn twins Betsy Mack and Emory JoAnn which means there's more time for more costumes! Hillary Scott's hubby has given us Genie from Aladdin and, as an honorable mention, Beast from Beauty and the Beast. What's next? We can't wait to see.
