Bradley Cooper Honored Sam Elliott With A Moving Speech

He was holding back tears.

Bradley Cooper honored Sam Elliott, who he directed and acted alongside in "A Star Is Born," with a moving speech after Elliott was added to the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Cooper held back tears as he described Elliot's impact on his own career, saying Elliot was a true master of his craft. Cooper thanked him for taking a chance on a first-time director and went through the list of accolades in Elliot's career.

"Sam is one of the most talented, generous, humble actors I've ever had the pleasure to work with," Cooper said. "Acting alongside him was a dream fulfilled for me."
