Amy Schumer's 'Cookin' Up' A Clothing Line For All Shapes And Sizes At A 'Chill Price Point'

She'll be working with Leesa Evans to launch the collection.

More and more fashion brands are making efforts to expand their ranges so that people of all shapes, sizes, and abilities can have access to clothing that is both fashionable and functional. Now, Amy Schumer is jumping on the bandwagon by launching a new clothing line that will inclusive to all.

In a post on Instagram, Schumer, wearing a red dress, captioned her photo: "[Leesa Evans] and I are cookin' somethin' up." Based off her pose, fans thought Schumer may be expecting a baby with her husband, Chris Fischer. But in actuality, it meant that she and celebrity stylist and costume designer, Leesa Evans, are launching a clothing line.

"I am not pregnant," Schumer later cleared up in an Instagram video while taking a sip of her drink. "It looked like I was pointing to a bump or something, but I'm not. Leesa Evans and I have created a clothing line for all sizes and shapes and at a chill price point. That's what I was trying to allude to, but thank you for thinking of my womb."

Schumer has been a body positive activist and has inspired people to love their own bodies. She's also used her platform on Instagram to silence trolls.

In 2016, she wrote: "I meant to write 'good morning trolls!' I hope you find some joy in your lives today in a human interaction and not just in writing unkind things to a stranger you've never met who triggers something in you that makes you feel powerless and alone. This is how I look. I feel happy. I think I look strong and healthy and also like Miss Trunchbull from 'Matilda.' Kisses!"

Evans was named one of The Hollywood Reporter's "25 Most Powerful Stylists in Hollywood" for her red carpet styling of Schumer, it says on Evans's website

"I love to create the feeling of confidence when dressing someone," Evans says. "Whether it's a character who needs to exude authority and influence or an individual I'm working with one-on-one who wants to be more confident. It delights me to know I've helped someone feel amazing in their life."

Schumer isn't the first public figure to launch a size-inclusive fashion line: Ashley Graham, for example, launched her SwimsuitsForAll swimwear line for women of all body types.

We can't wait to see all that Schumer's collection entails!
