Young 'America's Got Talent' Ventriloquist Performs A Beatles Classic With Not One, But Two Puppets

She gets by with a little help from her friends.

We've been impressed by young ventriloquist Darci Lynne Farmer since she first stepped onto the America's Got Talent stage earlier this year. For Tuesday night's finals, the 12-year-old showed off twice as much talent as she usually does by performing with not one, but two puppets at once.

Darci brought back Petunia the bunny, who first appeared in her audition, as well as Oscar the mouse, who earned a standing ovation for serenading his crush Mel B. The young talent switched effortlessly back and forth between their voices, providing their very cute and in-character dialogue.

But it was the singing that really blew us away. When Oscar and Petunia started arguing, Darci encouraged the two of them to work together, and suggested they sing The Beatles classic "With a Little Help From My Friends."

"So, guys, what part am I singing?" she asked her puppet friends before they began.

"Uh, Darci, you just stand there with your mouth closed like you always do," Oscar told her. And that's exactly what she did, performing her puppets' epic duet as if she wasn't even there.

It definitely impressed the judges. "You are just hands down incredible," said Mel B, according to Entertainment Tonight. "You're 12 years old, you're self-taught, you were so shy, and look at you now! I've said this from the very beginning: You could win this."
