One Couple Got Quite The Surprise When Adam Sandler Crashed Their Wedding Photos

"It made our photos and wedding that much better."

You never know who will show up in your wedding photos, as one couple in Montreal recently learned when actor Adam Sandler crashed their shoot. Even though he wasn't exactly dressed for a wedding, the pair warmly welcomed the star, as they happen to be fans.

In fact, the bride specifically called him over, with her new husband Kevin Goldstein telling the BBC, "We told him we're huge fans, we love his work, we've watched all his films." His reply? "Good, I'll take some photos then — mazeltov!"

According to the Washington Post (via HuffPost), photographer Sana Belgot shared a collage of photos from the shoot on Instagram with the couple's permission. A friend of the couple also posted one of the snapshots on Reddit, where it has received more than 27,000 upvotes.

Sandler was reportedly having lunch with his family at the time. Goldstein called him "the nicest guy" and said that, although the actor couldn't make it to the wedding, his wife Alex was "ecstatic, absolutely over the moon" that he hung out with them.

"He took the time to take photos with us and spend time with us," he explained. "It made our photos and wedding that much better."

It's not the first time a famous face has popped up during a photo shoot. In 2016, Justin Timberlake made a surprise cameo in a couple's wedding photos when the father of the bride spotted him having lunch nearby. Then last year, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau photobombed a group of high schoolers who were taking prom pictures in the park.
