After His Sister's Classmates Were Diagnosed With Cancer, This Boy Launched A Project To Raise Money For People With Cancer

"Anyone can do something to help. It really doesn't matter how big you are."

Meet Jack Churchman.

This Aussie boy from Perth is not your average 9-year-old.

Two years ago, Churchman began growing out his locks to donate to cancer patients in need of wigs. But before cutting his waist length hair, Churchman decided to utilize his hair in another way that would also help people with cancer.

"The kids in my sister's class had cancer and I just really, really wanted to help them," Churchman explained to Daily Mail Australia.

So, for everyone who donates $5 on Churchman's Cancer Council Western Australia page, Churchman, with a little help from his mom, will recreate any "hair-raising movie moment," song or book title of the donator's choice. Those who donate $10 can also make suggestions for Churchman's new hairstyle once he chops off his long locks.

A Plus, co-founded by Ashton Kutcher, reached out to Churchman for comment, and got a pretty epic response:  "I don't really know Ashton Kutcher. I think he does grown-up movies, and I am not allowed to watch grown up movies," Churchman wrote A Plus in an email. "But I looked some stuff up with my mom, and he seems a pretty decent bloke that likes to help people too."

Here are some examples of what people can expect if they donate to Churchman's Cancer Council Western Australia:

Pretty rad, right?

"I thought I could auction off some Aussie movie stars' photos [to raise money for cancer], so I wrote tons of letters, but I didn't get any replies. So I thought, 'hey, I will just do it myself,' " the 9-year-old told A Plus when asked how he came up with the idea. "Anyone can do something to help. It really doesn't matter how big you are."

We couldn't have said it better ourselves.
