Celebrate International Day of Human Space Flight With These Inspiring Quotes

April 12 is International Day of Human Space Flight, celebrating the anniversary of cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin becoming the first human to leave Earth’s atmosphere, in 1961.


Since then, humanity has visited the lunar surface, set up the International Space Station, and we are now setting our sights on Mars as the next step in our journey.
