This 7-Year-Old Boy's Reaction When He Finds Out He's Cancer-Free Will Melt You

"Can I still go to camp?"

Grateful mom Casi Morris posted a beautiful video of the moment she told her 7-year-old son, Ben, that he was cancer-free after fighting cancer for four years.

According to the family's Facebook page, Ben was just 3 years old when he was diagnosed with Pre-B Acute Lymphoblast Leukemia. He underwent over a thousand days of treatment.

The video begins with his relieved mom talking about the good news.

An obviously overjoyed Casi Morris faces the camera as she prepares to deliver the news to Ben. "I just got results back from our oncologist's office," she says, "and from his bone marrow (aspiration) that we did which is a biopsy ... came back totally negative for leukemia and so Benjamin is cancer free."

It takes a moment for the news to settle in.

Ben's seemingly puzzled first reaction is to ask, "Can I still go to camp?"

But when he realizes that he is free from cancer, his reaction is pure joy. Watch it here.

Ben's final cancer treatment is today.

Congratulations, Ben, and have fun at camp!
